David is a coach who helps people to deliver concrete results. Managing start-ups and working as an Operations Director has called for him to focus on the bottom line. A specialist in building coaching cultures, he can also ask tough questions that enable people to gain new perspectives on the challenges they face in their work.

David began his working life as a teacher, spending three years in Malawi, and two in Portugal, teaching in International Schools. He then moved into the hospitality business in Hong Kong, where the challenge of working in a new industry in another radically different culture, taught him a lot about himself and the demands of leadership in a results driven environment.

Back in the UK, David became Operations Director for a health and leisure club business. Over the course of five years the business expanded to five operating clubs with over 300 staff, before being sold.

David then decided to build on his strengths as a coach and join Tom Peters Company where he works as a facilitator, helping individuals and organisations in the area of leadership. David is now a partner in Talent Network.
