PRESENTATION COACHING

Executives are increasingly being asked to address conferences, launch products, and talk to the media and motivate staff. They therefore have the opportunity to make an impression on their target audience. The impression they make will influence how their business is percieved. The way people present themselves can make a huge difference to their company’s bottom line.

How does presentation coaching work?
The best results come from working 1:1 or 1:2. This helps people to feel comfortable experimenting with new ideas. Sessions are personalised to meet individual’s specific needs and videotaped to allow them to see how they come across to others. Honest feedback and tailored tips to help them pull off their individual styles are given. This is a very important part of the process, as most people never see themselves in action, or get feedback from a professional presenter. Katie helps people to structure their presentations, present their messages clearly, cut through the jargon and deliver the results they want to achieve.

“I really enjoyed our session yesterday. Thank you.
Had a chance to practice today when I was asked to explain Customer Services to a cross-company consultation meeting -15 people, mixed audience. Went brilliantly. Great feedback. I invited their views - they loved that. No slides. Told stories. Chose English as my language of the day.
Still lots to do, but I wanted you know that I'm seeing the benefit of our first meeting”

Katie helped give me confidence, for a looming presentation, to talk with a large audience, rather than at them, to great effect. Her experience and natural talent inspired me to challenge my personal style and also to rework how the content itself could be offered in a more engaging way than the traditional ‘didactic’ style adopted by most speakers.
